How often should my air conditioner be serviced/Inspected?

For domestic clients at least once a year, for commercial/industrial systems at least every quarter or 4 visits per annum.

How much does a service call cost?

Service call out fee is $275 inc GST, including one hour of labour and $100 per hour thereafter.

Can you install a new air conditioner for me?

Not at this time, we currently only repair and maintain air conditioners but will offer installations in the future.

How quickly can you attend my service call?

Depending on how busy we are we can usually attend to your service call within 24 hours, urgent service calls we endeavour to attend ASAP.

Do you offer 24 hour call out support?

Normally only for our existing commercial and Industrial clients however if the job is super urgent we can certainly accommodate you.

Do you offer a warranty for repairs?

Yes we certainly do, all new parts are warranted for 12 months by the manufacturer, repair works not requiring new parts have a 3 month warranty, other issues with the system that arise and not related to previous repairs are not covered.
